  “Would be less than one star if that was an option. Mr. Nall is a very dishonest man. He kept my sons truck for the entire summer and none of the repairs I paid him for were actually performed. I drove the truck from his shop to another mechanic who literally was picking up pieces of the engine that were not even attached. two other mechanics have told me that NONE of the repairs I paid for were ever performed. If I had been male I guarantee this would never have happened. People like Mr. Nall should be ashamed of treating someone this way.”

  Bad Service and Bad Customer Service

  “I brought a laptop with charger needing repair. Upon dropping the laptop off the gentleman, who now I know to be the owner smelled of alcohol and had slurred speech. When picking up my laptop after service was completed the same gentleman attempted to return my laptop to me with a charger that was not mine. When I made him aware of it his statement to me was he has tons of laptops to come in and if I not written my name on my charger he could not guarantee that he returns the same charger. Lady at the store was very helpful trying to attempt to resolve the issue by finding the correct charger but the owner was rude, and unprofessional. I will not do any further business with them.”
